Over the past few years Merafe People Solutions have had great successes with the development of SME’s and individuals across South Africa. We have also established relations with employers to assist in identifying challenges within their organizations, which could contribute in lack of performance from their employees. > Trained and Mentored over 25 SMME’s to date since 2014 and seem SMME’s realize business growth.
> Developed in-house training programmes in response to clients and individual needs
> Developed Graduate Development Strategies and implemented over 5 different Graduate Programmes across different business and sectors
> Supported BBBEE consulting companies identify and structure Enterprise and Supplier Development Programmes for their clients.
